could they be kept up, just locked? I’m sure there’s comments worth preserving but there’s no way I can go through checking on such short notice

Sure, I can keep them up for another month! We’re paying extra for the service, so it can’t stay up indefinitely alas. But a month should hopefully be enough time to archive!
